Nordine is thirty, a second generation Moroccan living in the North of France. His father, unlike other countrymen, never returned home. Now that he is dead, his last will is to be buried in his homeland. Nordine takes the coffin back to his father’s village, high in the Atlas mountains. It is a journey of discovery of the music and tastes of his roots, together with the beautiful Nora whom he accidentally meets on the way.
